RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process 

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@freshpoolsupply.com to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Proof of purchase and RMA issued by Fresh Pool Supply. , then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Chemicals: Items such as muriatic acid, chlorinating liquid, calcium hypochlorite, paints, aerosols and similar products are non-returnable for safety and regulatory reasons.
  • Custom and Special Orders: All sales for custom and special-order items are final.
  • Pool Liners and Pool Covers: These items cannot be returned once opened or installed.
  • Used or Installed Equipment: Equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, heat pumps, motors, and other items that have been installed cannot be returned.
  • Pool Alarms
  • Clearance Items: All clearance items are sold as-is and sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted.
  • Light Bulbs: LED and Incandescent bulbs are not returnable.
  • Heat Exchangers: Due to the heavy and fragile nature, pool heat exchangers cannot be returned.
  • Hazardous Materials: This includes acids, bases, oxidizers and flammables.

Please Note

  • Freight Returns: For items shipped via freight (LTL), customers are responsible for return shipping, and additional fees may apply.
  • Refused Packages: If you refuse a package or fail to claim it, you may be subject to additional fees, including return shipping costs and a restocking fee. Please make sure you are available to accept your delivery.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unopened, and undamaged. Any returned items showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
  • Restocking Fees: A 20% to 50% restocking fee may apply to returned items. This fee helps cover the costs of processing returns and items not in sellable as new condition.
  • Tracking & Insurance: We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for all returns. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
  • Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, it must be returned within the 30-day window. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is out of stock, you will be notified, and your original item will be refunded once received in a resalable as new condition and processed. We are committed to making the return process as easy as possible, and we appreciate your understanding of our policy.
